Dear Friends and Supporters,

These past four months have been super hectic. I have had the privilege to speak with so many people, working parents, disabled and ill, hearing their stories and finding ways to help. Saret provided assistance to forty-three families in January, seventeen in February, nineteen in March, and over a dozen in April. A partial list included rent subsidies, gas cards, utilities and transportation support.

We are reaching out to all of you this month over concerns that the increase in referrals we have been receiving from other not-for-profit aid groups will exceed Saret’s available monthly funds by at least half. We had over fifteen new families register for aid in May, of which, eight had no other option than Saret.
